The Technical Consultant is the program’s data expert, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data insights to inform strategic decisions. With expertise in business intelligence (BI), CRM systems, and sales technology platforms, this role provides critical analytics to support program development, client recommendations, and performance tracking.

Duties & Responsabilities

  • Extract and analyze client data from CRM systems and sales engagement platforms throughout the lifecycle of client engagements.
  • Develop data-driven insights and reports to inform strategic recommendations and program direction.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Consultants to provide data for initial diagnostics, strategy development, and ongoing program evaluation.
  • Support executive business reviews by delivering clear and impactful ROI and performance metrics.
  • Maintain proficiency in sales technology platforms and BI tools to deliver best-in-class analytics.
  • Serve as a shared resource across client programs, ensuring timely data insights for multiple engagements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout all phases of the program.
  • Support delivery team on building business cases and articulating ROI for executive leadership.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data trends, helping to refine strategies and measure success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in data analytics, BI tools, and sales technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Experience in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing complex datasets.
  • Ability to translate data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to support multiple client programs.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to program needs and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Outreach, Salesloft or Groove admin certification or similar revenue intelligence platforms
  • Salesforce.com certification(s) or related CRMs
  • Ability to analyze and contextualize sales performance data to uncover areas of opportunity and to provide insights and recommendations
