The Strategic Consultant is the program's leader, responsible for driving its success by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with client executives and project teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the client’s business, objectives, and opportunities to design transformative strategies that deliver measurable results. The Strategic Consultant provides overarching direction to the program team and adapts strategies in real time based on client feedback and program outcomes.

Duties & Responsabilities

  • Lead client engagements, ensuring program success and alignment with client objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with client executives and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the client’s business to identify needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies and recommendations to address client challenges and goals.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker for the program, guiding the team and resolving escalations or communicating escalation points to the executive team and delivery leadership.
  • Communicate the vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and executive-level presentations.
  • Monitor program progress and execute program deliverables directly, adjust strategies as needed, and incorporate client feedback to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Technical Consultants to align on program deliverables and ensure seamless execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in consulting, business strategy, digital sales transformation or sales enablement.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with an executive presence.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand business challenges and design impactful strategies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot strategies in real time.

Requirements

  • Experience working with global enterprise organizations (client-facing), driving change management across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Leadership or experience leading complex deployments or initiatives 
  • Ability and desire to reach an advanced proficiency level in all areas of sales execution
  • Outreach, Salesloft, Clari or Gong certification or expertise with similar revenue technology platforms
  • Strong project management skills
