The GTM Consultant is the operational backbone of the program, responsible for executing the strategic roadmap and delivering high-quality client-facing programs and materials. With expertise in sales processes across the sales funnel, sales enablement, change management, and sales technology, this role ensures the seamless implementation of strategies while maintaining a focus on organization and quality execution. Duties & Responsabilities

  • Translate strategic roadmaps into actionable workstreams and execute deliverables with precision.
  • Develop high-quality presentations, training materials, and other client deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Support change management initiatives by aligning with client stakeholders and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Leverage expertise in sales technology and content strategies to enhance program outcomes.
  • Maintain organization across projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met with quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Consultant to align and execute on program vision and goals.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine strategies based on implementation progress and client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales enablement, change management, and sales technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Desire to roll up sleeves and build to achieve results and quantitative impact. 
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and training materials.
  • Experience leading workshops and facilitating training sessions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience driving results for sales teams by improving GTM motions
  • Ability and desire to reach an advanced proficiency level in all areas of sales execution
  • Outreach, Salesloft, Clari or Gong certification or expertise with similar revenue technology platforms
  • Strong project management skills
